Question: I am using a new installation of openx 2.8.10 on a shared hosting platform (hostgator). The installation is setup on a subdomain of my site which I use for the admin (and installation files). A second subdomain is being used (pointing to the same location) for delivery to fix a looping issue caused by cookies of the same name being used for both admin and delivered ads. My php.ini allow_url_fopen is set to on.

Ans: Might be problem with JavaScript tag, you can try with "Image type" invocation tag to get resolve this problem. Due to high query parameters some server produce this error and not problem with OpenX adserver.
